If you obtained your certification within the last two years at the Simulation Center, chances are you were issued an eCard. Once you retrieve your eCard, you have access to the AHA website to reprint the card yourself.
The email address does not need to be active. The address is one of three items required to search for your certifications. The page lists only active certifications. Any certification obtained greater than 2 years ago will not appear.
